<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of the hitting surface of a head of a stick to be used for a gate ball game and to make the size and weight of the head adjustable by forming the head of the stick of metal. CONSTITUTION:A body part 11 made of an aluminum alloy is formed into a cylindrical shape exclusive of a receiving seat 13 in the central part and internal screw threads are inscribed on the inside surfaces of apertures at both ends. On the other hand, the hitting part 12 having the same diameter as the diameter of the body part 11 is formed thick. Cylindrical flanges 30 inscribed with external screw threads on their inner surfaces are formed and are screwed to both ends of the body part 11. The receiving seat 13 in the central part of the body part 11 is provided with a recessed part on its base. A joint receiving body for mounting the joint at the lower end of a shaft is screwed and detained to the receiving seat 13, by which the head 3 of the stick 1 is obtd.</p> |
