a start switch to which a 5V is applied, connected to an ignition signal generator and a first flip-flop, the output terminal of the first flip-flop connected to one terminal of the a first AND gate; an offset adjusting circuit for applying an output signal to an inverse terminal of a comparison amplifier as a voltage converting circuit and a photodiode, respectively, the output terminal of the photodiode connected to non-inverse terminal of the comparison amplifier and simultaneously the output terminal of the voltage converting circuit connected to a comparison circuit; the comparison circuit for applying the output signal to the other terminal of the first AND gate through a second flip-flop; a second AND gate whose input terminal is connected to an oscillating circuit and the first AND gate and whose output terminal is connected to a counter; a display device for displaying a counter signal from the counter by the operation of a display drive circuit; and a reset switch which is connected to reset terminals of the first and second flip-flops.
