The invention concerns a mobile radio transmission system with fixed and mobile stations. In order to arrange the channel allocation such that learning is possible whilst the network is operating, the mobile radio transmission system comprises means for allocating radio channels according to the radio situation. The allocation of the channels depends on the application of the Kohonen model.
