The instrument throat has at least one movable part (1a,b) coupled to a pull and/or push element (12) on a holder (7), to which it is coupled via a parallelogram linkage (3,6). Pref. on the holder are fitted a front linkage axis (8) and an axially spaced rear axis (9). The two axes are joined to the movable throat part via the parallelogram linkage each, with the linkages parallel. In the throat part may be formed at least one groove (2), retaining a front and a rear throat linkage axis (4,5). The front throat linkage (3) penetrates into the groove in the closure position.
