The apparatus comprises a deck part; a lock lever locking the movement of a fixing part for receiving a cassette tape and being movable towards the deck; a first ejecting unit for releasing the locking operation of the lock lever by driving of a motor; and a second ejecting unit for releasing the locking operation of the lock lever by driving an additional power instead of driving the motor, the second ejecting unit mounted in a main body case, so as to perform double action of the ejection operation.
