The second end (26) of the initial drive (22) at the vehicle side is in the incorporation of second isolators (29) flexibly joint at the accessory frame (33), which is removably modified to the base frame (3) joint to the vehicle roof (2) and has two mutually parallel bearing dragbars (34), which are by one of their end sectors (35) joint to the base frame (3) and by the opposite end sectors (36) are interconnected, whilst the initial drive (22) is modified between the bearing dragbars (34) and the rotary shaft (20) is a part of the base frame (3) with at least one lifting spring (18) connected through the rotary lever with the rotary shaft (20).
