PURPOSE:To increase freedom in selecting a ratio in circumferential speeds among respective rollers by separating a driving system of a film feed roller from a driving system of a film send roller and a center seal roller and driving the latter system via a tension adjusting means. CONSTITUTION:A film send roller 7 and a center seal roller 8 are driven by a driving motor 30 with which the number of rotations can be controlled separately provided from a driving roller for a film feed roller 6 via a tension adjusting means 23 for adjusting film tension between the film send roller 7 and the center seal roller 8. Therefore a ratio in circumferential speeds of the film send roller 7 with respect to the film feed roller 6 can be specified and changed as desired. Thus adjustment of circumferential speed ratio among the respective rollers and adjustment of film tension can be easily done with a simple structure. |
