15-deoxy-spergualin analogues of formula (I) and their addn. salts are new. A = a single bond, -CH2-, -CH2O-, -CH2NH-, -CH(OH)-, -CHF-, or -CH(OCH3)-; n = 6-8. Intermediate cpds. of formula (II) are also claimed. A has the values above or in addn. is CH(OCH2C6H5); R1, R2, R3 = amino-protective gps. of alkoxycarbonyl, benzyloxycarbonyl or benzyl type.
