<p>PURPOSE:To automatically carry out smooth and speedy reversal accumulation by simultaneously carrying and accumulating folding boxes on rails of both stages after reversally transferring the folding boxes accumulated on the rail on the lower stage onto the rail on the upper stage. CONSTITUTION:Folding boxes 100a accumulated at a position of a stopper 33 on a first rail 31 are reversally transferred onto a second rail 32 when the folding boxes 100a reach a specified number, while the specified number of following folding boxes are accumulated at the position of the stopper 33 on the first rail 31. While a reversal transfer means 34 returns to a starting position, retention of the stopper 33 is released, a carrier bar 40b slides the folding boxes 100a on the first rail 31, successively slides folding boxes 100b on the second rail 32 to the rail edge part, accumulates them on the folding boxes 100a on the first rail 31 and slides them in the carriage direction along the first rail 31. By repeating this motion, piles of the folding boxes reversally accumulated for the specified number each are delivered from a reversal accumulation device.</p> |
