PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom for the retrieval by the user by retrieving a prescribed guidance from guidance database based on a retrieval command when a retrieval command object is confirmed as the retrieval command. CONSTITUTION:A retrieval command object generating means 5 generates objects of retrieval commands based on combinations of prescribed operation object names and operation names by collating an optional object name or operation name designated by entry from a cross reference list. A designated guidance is retrieved from a guidance database 11 by using a retrieval means 10 based on a retrieval command confirmed from generated retrieval command objects through an interaction management means 4. Thus, the degree of freedom of retrieval by the user is increased. |
