PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance of parts disposed within a mouth rod and to prevent the disconnection of laid wires connected to these parts by rotatably mounting the mouth rod to a musical instrument body. CONSTITUTION:This mouth rod mounting structure has the mouth rod l which is disposed turnably by means of a hinge 3 at the front end of a rack plate 2 which is a keyboard supporting member and the parts 4 which are disposed within the mouth rod 1. The mouth rod 1 is obtd. by forming a steel sheet, such as polyvinyl chloride clad steel sheet or steel sheet finished by coating, or wooden material, such as plywood or decorative wood coated with a polyvinyl chloride sheet to a shape having a U shape in section. The parts 4 to be disposed therein is a wiring board mounted with a headphone jack, wiring board mounted with an LED lamp, etc., and is connected by the laid wires to an electric circuit. The mouth rod 1 is screwed by inserting a screw 5 from below the rack plate 2 of the musical instrument body at the time of assembly and its aperture is turned upward as shown by a chain line by removing the screw 5 and turning the mouth rod at the time of maintenance. |
