<p>Compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods for the treatment of mycobacterial diseases, such as tuberculosis and leprosy, are provided. Use of the compounds for promoting an antiseptic condition of a surface are also included. Some of the preferred compounds include thiatetracosanoic acids, esters, and fluorinated analogs.</p> |
