The device improves the thermal stability in the color resist. The method includes the optic crossing polymer resin which is copolymer and 3 polymer of the acryl resin, the mulit-functional acryl monomer, and the benzo-penon material. The acryl resin includes the 0.01-0.2 mol % epoxy contents. The tioxanton comprises multi functional acryl monomer of 0.1-0.5 wt.%. The acryl resin comprises 30-80 wt.% of the solid material, 10-30 wt.% of multi functional acrylmonomer, and 0.1-5 wt.% of photo polymer material.
