A reduced gloss polycarbonate, rubber graft copolymer and ungrafted copolymer blend composition is provided. The graft copolymer is a low graft deficiency unsaturated nitrile-vinyl aromatic-diene rubber graft copolymer, for example, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer. The ungrafted copolymer is a vinyl aromatic-unsaturated nitrile copolymer, for example, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer. The compositions preferably contain a flame retardant, more preferably a phosphate flame retardent, and an antidrip agent, for example, polytetrafluoroethylene. The composition is a melt blended composition which contains agglomerated rubber particles, and exhibits reduced gloss and is useful for making molded articles such as business equipment, specifically computer housings.
