The skin massage apparatus has a body (1) with means (2) for forming a skin fold (3)when the apparatus is displaced on the skin. The means for forming a skin fold comprise a pressure part (4) associated with a deformable scraper (5) located behind the pressure part. Displacement of the apparatus forms a skin fold between the pressure part and the scraper. The pressure part (4) consists of a toothed wheel rotating on the body. The body has a portion forming a reservoir (8) for the treatment product with a first distribution neck (9) for the product connected to the inlet of the distributor (10). Opening and closing of the distributor is controlled by control (11) activated by the user. The distributor outlet is connected to a product distribution pipe (12) on the pressure wheel.
