<p>PURPOSE:To form an annular groove in which an annular seal member is fitted to a cylindrical part when the cylindrical part fitted in the hole of a partner is integrally molded without being molded as half-split members. CONSTITUTION:A plastic tubular member having a flange at least one end thereof and fixed by the flange provided to the end part thereof has the cylindrical part fitted in a partner member provided thereto on the leading end side of the flange and an annular seal member is fitted in the annular groove, which has a recessed cross section opened in the radius direction of the cylindrical part, provided to the cylindrical part. The cylindrical part 33 is integrally molded by opening a mold in the direction crossing the radius direction at a right angle but, at this time, the side wall 33a positioned inside the annular groove 9 is formed to the cylindrical part 33 simultaneously with the cylindrical part. On the other hand a separate ring 7 is provided to the leading end of the cylindrical part in opposed relation to the inner side wall and the annular groove 9 in which the annular seal member 8 is fitted is formed.</p> |
