Carbamoyl-oxime cpds. of formula (I), and their salts, are new: R<1> = 1-8C alkyl (opt. halogenated and/or opt. substd. by 1-2 TO, T'O, TS, 3-7C cycloalkyl, 5-7C cycloalkenyl, aryl or heteroaryl (the cyclic gps. being themselves opt. substd. by 1-3Q);etc.; R<2> = H or a gp. R<1>; or CR<1>R<2> = a fluorenyl gp. (opt. substd. by 1-3 halo, CN, NO2, T, T', 1-4C alkoxyalkyl, TO, T'O, TOCO,etc.;R<3> = H, or 1-8C alkyl or 3-7C cycloalkyl (both opt. halogenated); R<4> = e.g. 1-8C alkyl;R<5> = H or a gp. R<4>; or CR<4>R<5> = e.g. a 3-8 membered ring; R<6> = H, or 1-8C alkyl or 3-7C cycloalkyl (both opt. halogenated); R<7> = e.g. 1-8C alkyl; or NR<6>R<7> = e.g. a 4-8 membered satd. ring;T = 1-4C alkyl; T' = 1-4C haloalkyl; Q = halo, CN, NO2,etc..
