PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce oscillations at the time of rotation caused by a gap between an outer ring of a conventional rolling bearing and a housing hole by applying pre-pressure to a ball bearing in a radial direction under the state of no looseness. CONSTITUTION:An outer ring holder 15 holds an outer ring 12-3 of a ball bearing 12 in a radial direction without looseness. A fixation part 16 is detachably attached to a frame 20. At least one thin plate 17 has an outer periphery fixed to the fixation part 16 and an inner periphery fixed to the outer ring holder 15. Pre-pressure is applied to the thin plate 17 by thrust generated through its flexure in an axial direction of the ball bearing 12 from a free condition. The bearing is movably supported by the flexure of the thin plate 17 in the axial direction, and in a radial direction, supported rigidly by the thin plate 17.
