<p>PURPOSE:To generate an alarm and start picking up an image of a trespasser by detecting a fire being caused by the trespasser even in a monitoring area where lighting environment is not excellent. CONSTITUTION:Infrared rays from the trespasser who appears in the specific monitor area are detected by a pyroelectric element 20, a detected signal T1 is inputted to a control circuit 70. The ultraviolet light from flames caused by the trespasser is detected by a photovoltaic element 40, a detected signal T2 is inputted to the control circuit 70. The microcomputer 70 outputs control signals C2-C4 and an alarm signal A0 when the detected signals are ON. Here, the illuminance of visible light in the monitor area is measured by a photoconductive element 30 and the microcomputer 70 outputs a control signal C1 when the illuminance based on a measuring signal M0 is less than a reference value B0. A CCD 60 picks up an optical image formed with the infrared rays from a halogen lamp 50 unless the lighting environment of the visible light in the monitor area is sufficient.</p> |
