The tool has a body including at least one aperture (2) into which a cutting blade (3) may be inserted. A slot (12) is formed in the body, in advance of the front of the cutting blade, at an acute angle relative to the axis of the blade-receiving aperture. The slot and aperture define between them a section of the tool body which is slightly elastically and angularly deformable. A cylindrical hole (23) extends into this section at an acute angle opposite to that of the slot, to intersect it at a distance below the body surface. A cylindrical screw (19) cooperates with a threaded end portion of the hole to pass across the slot and bear against the remainder of the body, such that movement of the screw deforms the elastic portion of the body slightly.
