PURPOSE:To ensure that a presentable product can be mass-produced at a low cost using a simple step sequence by bonding a base molding member of a thermoplastic resin having specified holes arranged by an anchor effect, to a unwoven fabric skin material formed integrally with the base molding member including a hole position. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 2 is held between a pin 6 and the lower surface side of a recessed part 3A in a top force 3 of a die, when the top force 3 completely descends onto the upper surface 4A of a bottom force 4. A base molding material 8 is extended almost uniformly excepting the part of the pin 6 between the top force 3 and the bottom force 4, and is molded as it is. At the same time, a skin 2 and a rear parcel shelf base 1A can be bonded together into one piece by an anchor effect. Further, a molding cooled after having been formed is taken out by separating the top force 3 from the bottom force 4. Consequently, both skin material 2 and base 1A are integrated into a single form, and the rear parcel shelf 1 with ventilation holes 10 formed on the base 1A can be obtained. |
