PURPOSE:To enable a user to select and take the schedules, which others make up far him, into his schedule. CONSTITUTION:Schedules of dates, business, etc., are stored in a schedule file 112 together with enterers, who entered these schedules, and the user ID of the object person of these schedules. The object person of schedules stored in the schedule file 112 of schedules stored in the schedule file 112 retrieves schedules coinciding with the user ID of the user, who operates a terminal equipment 150, and retrieves and displays schedules entered by enterers other than this user. Enterers of these schedules are changed to the same user ID as the object person in accordance with user's selection, and thereby, they are taken in as schedules of the user himself. |
