PURPOSE:To provide a coating solution composition by which a solid electrolyte film can be easily formed on a porous electrode of a high temperature solid electrolyte fuel cell regardless of a construction material of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Zirconium alkoxide and nitric acid yttrium hydrate are dissolved into first common solvent, and is also homogeneously dissolved into second solvent. The zirconium alkoxide and zirconium propoxide are used. 1-propanol is used as the first solvent, and a single kind of solvent selected from 2,4- pentadion, triethanol amine and diethanol amine is used as the second solvent. |
