<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently integrate the function of a sheet after-treatment device by providing such a constitution as cutting a sheet on which images for a plural ity of pages are formed in page units, arranging the cut sheets in order, and housing them. CONSTITUTION:A toner image on a photosensitive drum 5 is transferred onto a sheet 4 by a transfer device 8, and the sheet 4 is separated from the photosensitive drum 5 by a releasing device 9, and sent to a fixing part by a carrying belt 10. In case of single-surface printing, the sheet is carried by carrying rollers 13, 14, and housed in a stacker 19 by a paddle 18. In case of double-surface printing, the sheet is sent to a switch back 16 by the carrying rollers 13, 14, reversed by a carrying roller 15, and then sent by a carrying roller 17 to carry out the transfer to the sheet reverse surface, and after fixed in the same manner as the sheet surface, the sheet is housed in the stacker 19. The sheet 4 in which images for a plurality of pages are formed on one sheet by the single-surface or double-surface printing process is halved by a cutting mechanism, arranged in the order of printing data by a sheet jogging mechanism, and housed in the stacker 19 by a housing mechanism.</p> |
