PRODUCTION OF CEMENT CURING ACCELERATOR AND HARDENED CEMENT ADDED WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE:To produce a cement curing accelerator excellent in fluidity and sufficient in acceleration of early stage curing, improved concrete surface after being released from a mold and manifesting long term strength and to produce a cement cured body good in productivity and capable of releasing from the mold in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Three-thirty wt.% cement curing accelerator produced by adding 0.5-50 pts.wt. calcium sulfoaluminate (3CaO.3Al2O3.CaSO4) and 0.5-25 pts.wt. alkali metal carbonate to 20-100 pts.wt. alumina cement is added to 100 pts.wt. cement to knead again, then, a kneaded material is flowed into a form and after forming, the formed body is released from the form in a short time to obtain the cement cured body.
