PURPOSE:To provide an exhaust device wherein the suction passage forming a muffling device can be easily cleaned without causing the noise reducing function and exhausting efficiency to be impaired due to the muffling effect of an extended room. CONSTITUTION:A hood part 2 is provided with a hood body 2g, a front hood 2f freely detachably attachable to the front face opening part of the hood body 2g and suction flow passage 5 formed along a separating surface X between the hood body and the front hood. Therefore, the maintenance can be made by a mere detaching of the front hood 2f like the conventional small-sized range hood and, in particular, the suction flow passage 5 can also be exposed in this way and, therefore, oil stains can be easily cleaned from the inside of the suction flow passage 5. |
