<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an external preparation, remarkable in skin beautifying and whitening effects and having high safety by blending L-ascorbic acid (derivative), etc., with a specific amide derivative (salt) of tranexamic acid. CONSTITUTION:This skin external preparation is obtained by blending (A) 0.001-20wt.% one or more selected from among L-ascorbic acid (derivative), a placental extract, kojic acid (derivative), azelaic acid (derivative), glucosamine (derivative) and a glycoside (derivative) of hydroquinone with (B) 0.001-20wt.% (preferably 0.1-7wt.%) amide derivative (salt) of tranexamic acid expressed by the formula (R1 and R2 each is H, a 1-18C alkyl, a 5-8C cycloalkyl, etc., or both combine and, together with N, form a heterocyclic ring). Furthermore, the ingredient (B) is prepared by reacting, e.g. tranexamic acid or its reactive derivative such as an acid chloride with an amine in an inert organic solvent at ambient temperature to the boiling point of the solvent for 1-8hr.</p> |
