PURPOSE:To facilitate work for a suction port, ensure the strength of a gear case, being a portion for bearing a counter shaft by a bearing, and airtightness without needing a seal ring, and also absorb an error even when the error exists in the position of the tip of a suction pipe to the suction port to keep the airtightness. CONSTITUTION:In the lubricating oil circulation device of a transmission having an oil pump 4 for sucking oil in a gear case 2 via a suction pipe 5 to supply the oil to respective oil supplied parts, the suction port 8 of the oil pump 4 is formed on a tapered recessed hole 10 and the tip 5b of the suction pipe 5 is plungedly joined to the tapered recessed hole 10 by utilizing the elasticity of the suction pipe itself by a bracket 7a fixed into the gear case 2.
