PURPOSE:To readily correct lead fails and contrive to effectively make use of fail electronic parts again even when the inferior quality of leads of electronic parts is detected by image recognition means. CONSTITUTION:Electronic parts are held by a mounting head 11 from feeders 4A to 4D and transferred to a part recognition position, and leads of the electronic parts in the part recognition position are detected by part-testing camera 6, and the electronic part judged good is a is mounted to a substrate 10 by the mounting head 11, and the failed electronic parts judged as failed components are transferred to a specific position of discharging trays 5A to 5D the mounting head 11, and also the detection results of leads of failed electronic parts are outputted from an output device 8. |
