PURPOSE:To enable appropriate air-conditioning control to be conducted even in the case of an evaporation sensor being in failure by performing the on-off control of a compressor on the basis of the input signal of a blast quantity mode changeover switch, and controlling the blast quantity by regulating the rotating speed of a blower fan to perform vehicular air-conditioning control. CONSTITUTION:An evaporation sensor 14 is fitted to an evaporator 5, and a thermistor or the like is used in the same way as an outside air sensor 11 and an internal air sensor 12. A blast quantity mode changeover switch 15 can switch the blast quantity in plural stages, and a target temperature setting switch 16 can switch the target temperature. In the case of the evaporation sensor 14 being in failure, the blast quantity is presumed on the basis of the blast quantity mode selected by the blast quantity mode changeover switch 15, and the freezing degree is predicted by the evaporator 5 according to each blast quantity. Accordingly, despite the failure of the evaporation sensor 14, appropriate air-conditioning can be performed by executing the on-off control of a compressor 6.
