PURPOSE:To enhance workability in the fixing work to a wire harness while making compact and reducing the size of the wire harness by securing a press contact cutter in the direction traversing clamped wires and planting a stop head on the outside of a clamping plate. CONSTITUTION:Wires 11 to be clamped are set in the wire receiving grooves in the upper clamping plate 2 of a clamp 1 for wire harness under open state, and then a lower clamping plate 3 is applied to close the clamp 1. When the clamp 1 is locked by means of a lock part 14, the wires 11 on the upper clamping plate 2 are pressed by the lower clamping plate 3. Consequently, the edges 7 of press contact cutters 6A, 6B are pushed into the wires 11 which are thereby clamped. Other wires 11 not clamped are bundled along with the clamped wires to producing a wire harness 10 and the clamp 1 is fixed at a predetermined position thereof before being engaged with a car body at a projected engaging part 9 thereof. |
