The link parameters between controllers are generated and used to link controllers to increase communication efficiency. The system comprises a control unit(10) for executing user programs, a communication unit(20) for controlling data link between other controllers and for telecommunicating data, controllers(21-28) for link controllers concerned only to a certain controller according to link parameters, and a host(200) for supervising data link.
