<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate erroneous detections, reduce the waste of bags, and at the same time, improve the productivity by a method wherein a vibration-detecting means to detect a vibration which generates when a filling object is inputted in a bag at a filling object-inputting location is provided, and the existence/absence of the input of the filling object is identified based on a detection signal which is output from the vibration-detecting means. CONSTITUTION:At a filling object-inputting location of a bag packing/packaging machine, a vibration-detecting means consisting of, e.g. a piezoelectric element type vibration sensor 10 and controller 11 is provided. The vibration sensor 10 is equipped with a detection rod 10a, and the detection rod 10a extends to a location wherein the detection rod 10a precisely comes into contact with the external surface of a bag 1 which is fed by an intermittent rotation of a table T, and senses the vibration which is generated when a filling object 12 is inputted in the bag 1. The vibration level detected by the vibration sensor 10 is input in the controller 11, and when a vibration at a specified vibration level or higher is continuously detected for a specified period of time or longer by the vibration sensor 10, the detection signal is output to a control device 13. In this way erroneous detections at the time of inputting the filling object are reduced, and the waste of bags is eliminated.</p> |
