PURPOSE:To establish the output of flat characteristics with a simple constitution, by amplifying the signal power split with the input hybrid by means of the two reflection type amplifiers having different center frequency, and by synthesizing the output with the output hybrid in the broad band amplifier of microwave band. CONSTITUTION:The input signal power from the signal input terminal 21 is split into two with the hybrid 22 at the input side, and the signal power split with the hybrid 22 is fed to the circulators 23 and 27 constituting the reflection type amplifier in different center frequency. The diodes 25, 28 being the constituent component of the amplifiers are connected respectively via the lines 24 and 27 to the circulators 23 and 27. The output of the circulators 23 and 27 with this constitution is synthesized with the output hybrid 29, outputting the microwave power in broad and flat performance from the output terminal 30. |
