PURPOSE:To eliminate a surplus spacing and realize a reduction in the height of a device by a method wherein a spring member fixing part is fixed to a fixing section of a casing, the spring member is rotated around the fixing part so as to perform a removing or a fixing of an ornamental frame. CONSTITUTION:A fixing frame 14 is fixed to a peripheral edge of an opening 12a formed at a ceiling plate 12. A main body case 15 having a blower 17 fixed thereto is fixed with screws to the fixing frame 14. The opening 12a is covered by a removable ornamental frame 24, although under a state in which the ornamental frame 24 is not hooked to a hook part 23d, an arm 23c of a torsion coil spring 23 is lifted up with a torsion force of a coiled part 23a. Then, in the case that the ornamental frame 24 is to be fixed, the hook part 23d of the torsion coil spring 23 is held and pulled down to cause a fitting 24b of the ornamental frame 24 to be engaged with the hook part 23d. Then, the arm 23c is rotated upwardly with the torsion force of the coil part 23a, the ornamental frame 24 is pulled and pressed against the ceiling plate 12, resulting in that it becomes a fixed state in which the opening 12a is covered by it. |
