PURPOSE:To improve the operability in the case of shifting to a large ventilation state by forming a stopper rod telescopically held in a slide hole of a boss in a mechanism for always energizing it in a protruding direction by a spring. CONSTITUTION:A boss 71 having a blind hole 71a is fixed via a mounting fitting 73 inside an outer panel 41A by spot welding, etc. A coiled spring 72 and a rod 70 for a stopper having an oblique part 70a are inserted into the hole 71a to protrude outside the panel 41A telescopically by a force of the spring. When a ventilation cover 50 is rotated counterclockwise at about 65 deg. from a position of a non-ventilation state, a pin 60 for the stopper is brought into contact with a left side of the rod 70 to be stopped. In order to set a large ventilation state, the rod 70 is pressed by a finger end, and the cover 50 is further rotated counterclockwise. Since the stopping state is released by a simple operation of lightly pressing the rod 70 by the finger end when shifting to the large ventilation state, it is not necessary to remove the rod 70 at each time. |
