PURPOSE:To perform the business processing related to documents by a com puter to improve the operability by reading marks which are preliminarily added to a document and specify write columns and displaying and setting them on the display picture of the computer and inputting required items in write columns through a character input means of the computer like a word processor. CONSTITUTION:An area which will be additionally written in a check department is preliminarily set, and marks shown by (a) and (b) are added on a diagonal line of the left upper corner and the right lower corder of this area to preliminarily set the format of a form. The form where required items are written is sent from a construction department to the check department and is read by a scanner part in the check department, and preliminarily added marks are recognized to set a character input area. After the end of check, an input/output control part displays the form on a display part, and characters are inputted to the character input area in this form. The form to which characters are inputted is stored in a storage part by a storage control part, thus completing the generation of the form. |
