Forming a multilayer on a substrate

Multilayer is formed on a substrate by a method in which conductor tracks are formed at a first level on a substrate; metal columns are formed at through contact positions; a film of thermoplastic is laminated on; and conductor tracks are produced at a second plane. The sequence is repeated as necessary. Pref. film is of PTFE with isolating layer.
