PURPOSE:To produce a skinned heat insulating tubular member causing no appearance defects with enhanced productivity. CONSTITUTION:A feed means feeding a skin sheet material 2 and a heat insulating tubular member 1 made of a foamed resin and a curving molding means curving the skin sheet material 2 so as to cover the heat insulating tubular member 1 are provided. The curving molding means is composed of a mold 5 of which the surface is gradually curved into a circular arc shape from a plane state from the upstream side toward the downstream side thereof so as to conform with the shape of the heat insulating tubular member 1 and the molding belt 6 constituting the feed means is passed on the mold 5 in the longitudinal direction of the mold.
