PRINT LAMINATION OF PAPER FOR PAPER CUP

摘要

PURPOSE:To impart excellent transparency to the resin film provided to the window hole part of a print laminated product and enhance the adhesive strength of print paper and a resin film. CONSTITUTION:A laminated resin film 1 wherein an adhesive layer 1b is formed on the single surface of a transparent thermoplastic resin film 1a and paper 2 for a paper cup having a window hole 2a provided thereto by punching are laminated by a pair of thermal press-bonding rolls wherein a heating roll 4 is arranged on the side of the laminated resin film 1 and a rubber roll 3 of which the surface is formed from fluoroplastic is arranged on the side of the paper 2 for the paper cup. The obtained print laminated product (s) is guided by the guide roll 5 provided closer to the heating roll 4 as compared with the rubber roll 3 immediately after lamination to extend the contact time of the resin film layer 1a of the print laminated product (s) with the heating roll 4.
