PURPOSE:To obtain a spun-bonded non-woven fabric good in the uniformity of respective filaments and enabling the decrease in the denier of the filaments by drawing melted filaments extruded from the spinning nozzles of a die, while cooling the melted filaments with a gas flown out from the whole peripheries of the spinning nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin is extruded from the nozzles of a die 12 in a melted state, and the extruded melted filaments 14 are drawn, while cooled with a gas blown out from the whole peripheries of the spinning nozzles through cooling gas-blowing circular ports coaxially formed on the peripheties of the spinning nozzles 13 disposed on the respective nozzles. The difference between the cooling states of the respective filaments is thereby eliminated, and the fluctuation of the filaments is also reduced. |
