PURPOSE: To individually control the fusing and stripping temperatures. CONSTITUTION: Three fuser rolls 56, 58, and 60 form an elongated fusing zone 73 in cooperation with a pressurizing roller 54 and a substrate 31 carrying a toner picture 74 passes through the zone 73 in a state where the picture 74 is brought into contact with a fusing belt 52. Electric power is supplied to the rolls 56, 58, and 60 in a state where the part of the belt 52 in the zone 73 is heated to a preset operating temperature in accordance with a set temperature. The part 72 of the belt 52 on the outside of the zone 73 is made to be heated to various operating temperatures so as to produce desired different lustrous prints. |
