PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized light source device capable of projecting high-luminance light by laminating and arranging plural light emitting means in a recessed part formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:In this light source device, an LED 21 as the light emitting means is arranged in the recessed part 24b formed on a stem 24 as the substrate, and light emitted from the outer periphery of the LED 21 is projected in an upward direction through a reflector part 24a as a reflection means provided on the inner periphery of the recessed part 24b; and the LEDs 21 are plurally laminated and arranged in the recessed part 24b. Electrodes are respectively installed on the upper and the lower surfaces of the LED 21, and the electrode on the lower surface of the lowermost LED 21 is connected to the stem 24 having conductivity. The opposed electrodes at both ends of each LED 21 an successively connected and the electrode on the upper surface of the uppermost LED 21 is connected to a wiring 28. By such constitution, it is one wiring that is connected to many LEDs 21. |
