PURPOSE:To eliminate the excess communication by storing a threshold value which discriminates the high load of the traffic information and setting another communication destination instead of a high-load repeating device. CONSTITUTION:Repeating devices TMAs1-4 and TMBs 1-10 send the traffic information consisting of the accumulated communication time and call numbers in the past prescribed time to a communication control device 10 for the prescribed time. Based on the information, It is compared with the threshold value stored in a threshold value storage means 21 and whether the repeating device TM is high load or not is discriminated. When one of the repeating devices TMAs 1-4 and TMBs 1-10 generates the high load, the repeating device or the terminal device EM is detected 25. The another communication destination instead of the repeating devices TMA 1-4 and the TMBs 1-10 for the detected repeating devices TMAs 1-4, TMBs 1-10 or the terminal device EM is set 27 instead of the communication destination by the internal program of the device. It is sent to the repeating devices TMAs 1-4 and TMBs 1-10 or the terminal device EM through an ISDN port 30 and an ISDN line 50. |
