The system improves productivity by reducing components, and reduces the insertion force of cassette loading. The system comprises a loading motor which is driven by a start sensor and controlled by mode switches of cam switch, and the loading arm which is locked or unlocked on the deck by the 1st and 2nd transfer rack. The system includes a cassette inserton detection means, a cassette locking means, a cassette eject ready means, a cassette eject means, and a reverse driving menas.
