The device improves productivity by reducing the fault of open or short circuits in liquid crystal display. The device comprises a thin film transistor which has an insulation layer between the gate wire and the data wire on a glass board, multiple pixel electrodes, a gate electrode, a source electrode, a drain electrode, an additional capacitor which has a gate wire and a pixel electrode in the insulation layer, and an extension connector which connects to an additional capacitor.
