The polyester block copolymer has good flexiblility and impact resistance. The block copolymer is composed of (A) polyether ester block copolymer 50-90wt.% of hard segment of formula(I), soft segment of (II) and a crosslinking agent; (B)polycarbonate resin 5-50wt.% and (C)compatibilizer 1-10wt.%. The above crosslinking agent is diethanol amine, hexamethylene bis(aminoacetate), D- or DL-serine, DL-treonine hemihydrate, DL-aspartic acid, DL-2-methylglutamic acid, 2-aminoadipic acid, or tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane.
