RIBOSOME-CYTOSKELETON BINDING FACTOR, PRODUCTION THEREOF AND METHOD FOR RECOVERING RIBOSOME USING

PURPOSE:To provide a method for rapidly, simply and stably recovering a ribosome by which a ribosome-cytoskeleton binding factor is obtained; the operation is hardly restricted by a centrifuge and the application to any of micro- to macrosamples can be made. CONSTITUTION:This ribosome-cytoskeleton binding factor has about 30-150kDa molecular weight, an affinity for a heparin and further activities in sedimenting a ribosome and this method for producing the factor is provided. Furthermore, this method for recovering the ribosome comprises mixing a liquid containing the ribosome with the ribosome-cytoskeleton binding factor at a low ionic concentration, reacting both and precipitating the ribosome.
