PURPOSE:To manufacture decorative body such as emblems, and stickers whose surface has a three-dimensional effect by one process, by fitting a recessed portion and a raised portion and forming recessed and raised patterns on the surface of the part of a material that is protruded caused by deformation by a stamping knife. CONSTITUTION:An upper die 1 is pushed down, and a base cloth 8 and decorative body material 9 are sandwiched between a lower die 2 and the upper die 1 and pressurized, and treated by a high-frequency induction heating method. The decorative body material 9 is fused into a required form by a fusing-knife 10 of the upper die 1, and the periphery of the fused-portion is welded to the base cloth 8 by a welding knife 11. By fitting the recessed portion 4 of the upper die 1 and the raised portion 6 of the lower die together, the decorative body material 9 and the base cloth 8 are deformed as if to protrude upward. Small recessed and raised patterns are formed by pressing the stamping knife 7 of the upper die 1 against the surface of the part that is deformed as if to protrude upward. |
