The control valve for controlling the density of the liquid detergent at the washing machine or the dish washer, comprises a valve housing(1) having an air hole and forming a rinse container; a valve support body(5) mounted at the bottom of the valve housing(1); an elastic groove(10) for fixing the position of the valve structure(8); valve holes(11) with different diameters; an upper valve structure(8) having a handle(13) for indicating the position of the valve hole and a cavity(14) for containing the center shaft(18) of the lower valve structure; a stationary hole(16) for fixing the lower valve structure(9); the lower valve structure(9) having an outlet(17) with a certain diameter and a cavity(14) for containing the center shaft; a position control bar(8) and a tube(19).
